Refund and Returns Policy

We understand that you may not like your purchase on occasion, therefore we give you a 15-day
window to return it and obtain a refund if it is in new, unopened condition. If you are returning an
item, please contact us at support@jinnybay.com before doing so. There is a $30 restocking fee,
but you will be responsible for returning the item to us, so please contact us first at
support@jinnybay.com.

In the event of a return or exchange,, a transaction and expense charge of 4.9 percent will be
deducted in all cases. Keep in mind that these are installation handling fees charged by third parties,
not by Themonck International.

Exchanging

You can contact us at support@jinnybay.com and we can handle the exchange. A restocking fee
of 30$ might apply.

Faulty items

If your order is defective, please contact us at support@jinnybay.com with photos and we\’ll send
you a replacement as soon as possible.

Item wasn\’t as described or was the wrong item

Please contact us at Mail: support@jinnybay.com in the event that you discover that your order is
defective. We will provide you with a return transporter name, and once the return is completed, we
will send you another product.

Changes of mind

Changes of mind is not acceptable for us. All sales are final and any change of heart does not
warrant a refund or exchange. Because each piece is hand tailored, the variety or surface might
differ from the photograph.

Cancellation of request

Shipping your order as fast as possible is our primary goal. Should you decide to drop your request,
please let us know as soon as possible and we will send a greeting from the handling division,
however, we cannot guarantee you will consistently return the request after receiving it. We give the
refund after we get the returned item and test it; it may take up to seven business days for it to be
reflected in your account, and we truly make a sincere effort to satisfy our customers.
